Adidas “Supernova-Control 10” Shows Adidas is doing their homework. The not so new Supernova 10 has a great wider than normal Adidas platform which is straighter than the cushion version and includes a plastic plate on the medial/ arch side to control pronation. The cushioning is cushy, but not mushy and very will balanced from the heel to the forefoot. This is partially because Adidas is including a nice cushy insole on most of their footwear now. The fit is snug, but not tight. With a great fitting heel counter, semi-straight platform, near perfect balance of medial and lateral support this shoe offers just about everything in a moderately light shoe that works very well with orthotics.

Adidas “Supernova-Cushion 7” Is pretty much as ideal as a cushion/ neutral running shoes go, not that they will work for everyone. Adidas has widened the platform to help fit more foot shapes and the upper is mostly seam free to prevent blisters. The Supernova-cushion 7 is a great balance of cushion and stability. The support is great medially and laterally, which works great for those who wear orthotics. Really nice overall shoe that should work for many different people with different foot types.
